I'm Emmett, a dedicated art director & graphic designer with a strong academic background from Emily Carr University and professional experience in a variety of businesses. I have a deep love for design of course, in every aspect of life. Wether it be graphic design, photography, film (watching the entire list of Oscar nominees each year, and ranking my favourites), interior design and decorating (recently renovating and re-decorating my home entirely on my own), fashion, or music, creativity and my love for it, is ingrained in who I am. You will also come to learn that I am a reformed horse-girl, and am working towards being able to have horses, ducks, and chickens all running around my farm one day.

When it comes to my work, I am passionate about merging artistry with purpose to create a positive impact on people and the environment. My journey in graphic design began at Emily Carr University, where I developed a deep interest in visual communication. I've grown my skillset from my experience working at Pela & Lomi (currently), tentree, BN3TH, and doing freelance work. My design philosophy emphasizes purpose in every choice, a strong aesthetic and a meaningful story; while also being mindful of the environmental and social impacts of my work. I'm eager to collaborate on meaningful projects that align with these values and make a positive difference.
